AI usage terms

Version: September 7, 2026

These supplemental terms govern your use of the AI model features in wyck.ai. Each model's full license applies to that model and any covered derivative. These terms do not restrict rights granted directly by an open license, replace account terms, or grant permission to use someone else's data.

Using AI features

You must use AI features lawfully and respect other people's intellectual property, privacy and other rights. You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use generated results. AI can make mistakes; review results before relying on them or sharing them as factual.

Upstream models are supplied under their stated warranty disclaimers. Nothing here removes any rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Gemma-powered validation

As a condition of using any feature powered by Gemma or a Gemma derivative, you agree to comply with Section 3.2 of the Gemma Terms of Use, including the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy incorporated into it, and applicable laws and regulations. Those restrictions are incorporated into these terms and apply to your use of the feature. You must not violate them or encourage or permit others to do so through your use.

This provision also applies when Gemma is provided through a hosted service. The publisher's policy may be updated as provided in the upstream terms. The linked local copies identify their source dates.

Speech and voice features

Only submit recordings that you have the right to use. For voice cloning, you must have the speaker's explicit, lawful consent for the intended use. You must not use the feature for unauthorized impersonation, fraud, misinformation, harassment or other illegal, harmful or deceptive activity. Do not present synthetic speech as an authentic recording of a person or event in order to deceive.

Pocket TTS model material is governed by CC BY 4.0 and the publisher's applicable access conditions. A model license does not give you rights to another person's identity or voice.

Stability-powered image features

The development SD-Turbo export is governed by its supplied research license. You must comply with that license for use of this export. Where a feature is made available under a separate commercial agreement, that agreement governs the commercial permissions; this page itself does not grant them.

You must comply with the applicable Stability agreement and its incorporated Acceptable Use Policy. The local policy copies are effective July 31, 2025 and effective September 30, 2026; the latter is not effective before its stated date.

For reference, the Community agreement governs eligible commercial licensees. Its registration and revenue provisions should not be confused with obligations of people merely receiving an integrated end-user product: see Section III of that agreement.

Your information

These model terms do not authorize Wyck to train on your conversations, saved memories, recordings or other personal information. Any contribution or data-sharing permission must be obtained separately through the relevant feature.

Open licenses and required attribution

The MIT, Apache 2.0 and CC BY 4.0 licenses grant their respective rights directly. If you copy or redistribute licensed model material, follow its applicable license and notice requirements. No statement here overrides those permissions. Model creators retain their upstream rights; your use does not imply their endorsement.
